Flag points out to your right at a 45 degree angle, you should be looking out to your side, as you point your right foot out to your right side
You’re now fully facing out to right direction. Left foot is now extended at a 45 degree angle and foot pointed. Flag is extended out in front of you, arms straight and locked. This pose is why we call this move ‘k’
Step on your left foot, your feet should be about shoulder length apart. Your flag is now above your head, parallel to the floor. You will move your hips to your left, while keeping the flag flat above your head. Make sure to make the hip movements VERY exaggerated, otherwise it will look like you’re not doing anything at all
Keeping the same stance, flag flat above your head, move your hips to your right now. Again, very exaggerated.
You will row down your flag to your left and begin to spin back to the front
